劳动经济学会就业促进专业委员会2017年12月由西南财经大学、北京交通大学、天津职业技术师范大学联合发起成立，是从事就业促进研究的群众性学术团体，是隶属劳动经济学会的非营利性国家二级学术团体。
专委会旨在推动就业促进（包括国内就业促进与国际劳务合作）的理论发展与创新，在中国就业促进领域发挥战略研究、政策建言、人才培养、舆论引导的功能。
专委会主要业务包括组织、指导、承接、推动国内就业促进和国际劳务合作领域的理论和现实问题研究；广泛联系国际教育机构并根据就业市场需求与之共同开展教育培训、本硕教学合作；开展国内就业促进和国际劳务合作的社会调查；提供国内就业促进和国际劳务合作的信息服务；发布推广、编辑出版国内就业促进和国际劳务合作领域的研究成果；开展国内就业促进和国际劳务合作的培训，普及国内就业促进和国际劳务合作知识；提供国内就业促进和国际劳务合作的咨询服务；等等。
专委会会长甘犁教授，现任西南财经大学经济与管理研究院院长，劳动经济学会副会长，美国德克萨斯农工大学经济系终身教授。2009年，甘犁教授发起并领导了全国范围内的学术调查——中国家庭金融调查，建立起了中国微观金融的基础数据库。该数据库拥有具有全国及省级代表性的28000多户中国家庭数据，详尽记录中国家庭的资产与负债、收入与支出、保险与保障等方面微观信息，全面追踪家庭动态金融行为，填补了中国家庭金融微观数据的空白，也为中国高校经济学研究探索了一条新路子。

Breve presentación del Comité Especial de Promoción del Empleo de la Asociación Nacional de economía Laboral
La creación del comité Especial de Promoción del Empleo de la Asociación Nacional de economía Laboral (CEPE de CALE) se debe a la inciativa conjunta de la Universidad del Suroeste de Finanzas y economía, Universidad Jiaotong de Beijing y la Universidad Normal Tecnologico Vocacional de Tianjin. Es una unidad académica sin fines lucrativos que se dedica a investigaciones y estudios sobre el empleo y depende de la Asociación Nacional.
Su misión es desarrollar teorías e innovaciones que promueven el empleo y desempeña el rol de think-tank para el área de potenciar el empleo. Sus funciones incluyen: organizar, dirigir, aceptar encargos de y promover estudios teóricos y realísticos sobre temas promoción de empleo y colaboración laboral internacional; enlazar con instituciones educativas nacionales e internacionales y en forma conjunta realizar capacitaciones y colaboraciones de educación con base a la demanda del mercado; desarrollar investigaciones sociales sobre temas relacionados y proveer información; hacer propaganda y publicación sobre resultados de las investigaciones antedichas; organizar capacitación sobre empleo y cooperación laboral internacional; prestar servicio de consultoría sobre temas relacionados, etc.
El presidente del CEPE, Sr. GAN Li, es el director del Instituto de Investigación sobre Economía y Administración de la Universidad del Suroeste de Finanzas y Economía y profesor titular de por vida de la Facultad de Economía de Texas A&M University de EEUU. El Sr. GAN en 2009 inició y lideró la investigación nacional de Finanzas Familiares de los Chinos y obtuvo los datos de primera mano los que llevaron a la creación de la base de datos de microfinanzas de las familias chinas. Esta base de datos cuenta con información financiera detallada de más de 28 mil familias representativas, la que incluye sus activos, pasivos, gastos, seguros y seguridad social, etc. Se ha implementado un sistema de seguimiento en las actividades financieras de las familias muestra, y todo esto llenó un vacío en la investigación de microfinanzas chinas y proveyó un nuevo camino para el estudio de la economía.
El CEPE cuenta con una secretaría que mantiene su funcionamiento diario. El secretario general, OUYANG Jun, es profesor del Instituto de Economía y Administración de la Universidad del Suroeste de Finanzas y Economía. El subsecretario general, ZHONG Julián Xiaoning, es el encargado especial de enlazar con entidades internacionales. La secretaria administrativa SHAN Yun, es la responsable del manejo funcional del día a día.

Brief presentation of the Special Committee for the Employment Promotion of the National Association for Labor Economics
The creation of the Special Committee for the Promotion of Employment of the National Association for Labor Economics is due to the joint initiative of the Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Beijing Jiaotong University and Tianjin Vocational Technological Normal University. It is a non-profit academic unit dedicated to employment research and studies and reports to the National Association.
Its mission is to develop theories and innovations that promote employment and performs the role of think-tank for the area of employmentpromoting. Its duties include: organizing, directing, accepting assignments, and promoting theoretical and realistic studies on issues of employment promotion and international labor collaboration; liaise with national and international educational institutions and jointly carry out training and educational collaborations based on market demand; develop social research on related topics and provide information; advertise and publish the results of the above investigations; organize training on employment and international labor cooperation; provide consulting service on related topics, etc.
The president of the organ, Mr. GAN Li, is the director of the Institute of Research on Economics and Administration at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics and a lifetime professor at the Texas A&M University School of Economics in the USA. Mr. GAN in 2009 initiated and led the national investigation of Chinese Family Finance and obtained the first-hand data which led to the creation of the Chinese Household Microfinance Database. This database has detailed financial information on more than 28 thousand representative families, which includes their assets, liabilities, expenses, insurance and social security, etc. A monitoring system has been implemented in the financial activities of sample families, and all of this filled a gap in Chinese microfinance research and provided a new path for studying the economy.
The Committee has a secretariat that maintains its daily operations. Secretary General OUYANG Jun is a professor at the Institute of Economics and Administration at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. The Deputy Secretary General, ZHONG Julián Xiaoning, is the designated person in charge of liaising with international entities. The administrative secretary SHAN Yun is responsible for the day-to-day functional management.
